1. We assume no responsibility for any content posted by you or any other third-party users of our website. The work done by Fênix Beat’s for the Client is a non-exclusive license, meaning that while the Client has the right to use the custom beat for their project, Fênix Beat’s retains the right to sell or license the same beat to other clients. This agreement is governed by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 9.610/98), particularly the articles related to the transfer of rights and commissioned works.

4. The Company may ask the Client to post some of the final work done for the client on the website https://beatstore.fenixbeats.com/ and may do so ONLY if provided written approval from the client.

5. By expressing interest in our services and contacting us through our website contact form, located on https://beatstore.fenixbeats.com/contact-us/, or by submitting your email address for our newsletter, the client agrees to receive periodical emails from https://beatstore.fenixbeats.com, promoting our services, special deals, and blog posts. The client will have an option to unsubscribe from our newsletter, clearly displayed in the body of each newsletter sent by https://beatstore.fenixbeats.com.
